Ruder Finn and CSR Asia are collaborating to provide an exceptional interactive training session for company executives and corporate communications, sustainability and CSR leads in crisis preparedness communications.
Managing crises and safeguarding brand reputations is increasingly challenging in our social networks. SONAR is Ruder Finn’s Social Media Crisis Simulation, designed to help brands’ CEOs, managing directors and communications, CSR and sustainability professionals develop skills to manage crises in the age of social media. The multi-language, multi-channel training platform replicates a real-life crisis scenario, and tests participants in all aspects of crisis management in an authentic and immersive environment. Space in this hands-on, interactive simulation is limited to 20 people.

- SONAR is designed for regional or worldwide, large-scale delivery as it is a language-agnostic online platform that is hosted on a secure server
- Real-time scrollable display of incoming messages from general public and key stakeholders
- Realistic and precise replication of training assets including news sites and articles, social media posts, TV interviews, and corporate websites
Experienced crisis experts from Ruder Finn will lead and guide the simulation, and provide detailed evaluation of participants’ performance.
Participation is limited to executives, and leads responsible for corporate sustainability, CSR and communications.
