Jocelyn Ho

Project Manager

Jocelyn is a sustainability and environmental expert with over 7 years of professional experience. She is equipped to conduct stakeholder engagement, sustainability/ESG reporting, and thought leadership research. Since joining CSR Asia, she has developed the first published sustainability report under GRI Standards for Swire Beverages and has worked with other publicly-listed companies of a diverse industries on reporting and strategy development.

In her early professional career, Jocelyn’s work focused on environmental-related issues working at an international engineering firm and a local NGO. Her work covered impact assessments for territory-wide development projects, wildlife habitat creation planning and monitoring, as well as environmental protection advocacy at the policy level. With 5 years of project management experience, Jocelyn has worked hand-in-hand with a diverse client base including privately owned companies, international NGOs and government.

Jocelyn’s interest in sustainable finance has recently led her to a regional-level project with Oxfam. Under the Fair Finance Asia project, she will be working on engaging and influencing financial institutions to promote responsible lending practices to encourage contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals, reducing negative impacts of investments on human rights and the environment, and to promote inclusive economic development for the poor.

Before joining CSR Asia, Jocelyn worked on major infrastructure projects, including the Hung Shui Kiu New Development Area and North East New Territories New Development Area. She was actively involved in the development of the Hong Kong Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan, and was responsible for issuing the third edition of the Hong Kong Headline Indicator Report for Biodiversity and Conservation, annual tracking conservation progress in Hong Kong.

Jocelyn is an active member of The Women’s Foundation’s mentorship programme for women leaders, a HKIEIA associate member and is also a certified Project Management Professional. She holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from California State University, Long Beach.
